Why don't you have a shopping cart? We believe at Love Grows that
it is important to discuss your needs personally. Many items
come in and out of stock so rapidly that often you think you
are ordering something, but later find out that it's not coming.
You think your charge card is in the air somewhere which is somewhat
strange. We know it would be easier for us to have a shopping
cart, but know from experience that talking one-on-one avoids
confusion. Often, we can suggest items that you might not have
considered. We have over 2,000 different bead types. We know
our inventory best and are happy to assist you. Love Grows is a wholesale outlet
and not open to the general public. We do not compete locally
with our vendors as a retail location and only allow customers
to shop in our store if they have a Tax-ID number. We are open
6 days a week, Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM until 5:00
PM between January 1 and Fat Tuesday to assist our vendors and
internet phone customers. During our slower months, March through
November we are open 5 Days a week, Monday through Friday from
11:00 until 4:00. You can always fax your order after hours using
the printable order form on this site, especially if you already
have an account with us (Fax # 314-962-0408.) You can always call
our 24 hour hot-line at 1-888-756-8347 if you have an immediate

We do not accept returns for any reason without an authorization number from our office. Notification of returns must be made within 7 days of the shipping date. Returned merchandise must be shipped freight pre-paid. C.O.D.or freight collect returns will not be accepted. We do not reimburse return freight. We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned merchandise. Absolutely no returns for unsold merchandise after an event. All refunds are remitted in the form of a check. Credits for Credit card purchases are applied to the credit card account. In 11 Years we have only had 4 returns. |

Do I pay sales tax? Only Missouri residents pay sales tax (7.5%), unless a Tax Letter or Tax ID Number is faxed to 1-314-962-0408 before the order is processed. Out of state customers do not have to pay sales tax. |

How can I become a rep? The world is a very large place. We just can't get to everyone that would love our products. We have Reps in many states who make extra cash helping us out. Maybe you would be interested? There are different types of ways you can do this. Call personally if you're interested and we will discuss these options with you. Often, we drop ship for our Reps and they get paid without touching product. There is nothing in my experience more fun than selling beads. You get to make every party fun. Most bead customers are truly exciting people. All reps must be very familiar with the computer as our business is computer based. How is the merchandise shipped? Merchandise is usually shipped
by UPS Ground Service. Overseas orders are by Parcel Post only.
No P.O Box address may be used according to UPS requirements.
We package your order and then weigh it. We can estimate shipping,
but cannot tell you exact shipping amounts until the order is
packed. We will be glad to fax or e-mail what has been added
in shipping if you so request. Continental U.S.: For standard delivery, allow 7 to 10 business days. Orders are shipped UPS Ground Service. Based on UPS schedules, shipments arrive within 5-7 working days after the order is filled to most destinations within the Continental United States. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times. For express delivery, allow 3-4 business days and use the express delivery rate shown on the order form. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: For standard delivery, please allow 3-4 weeks and add $5.00 to the standard delivery rate shown on the order form. For express delivery, please allow 3-4 business days and add $5.00 to the express delivery rate shown on the order form. International: Please add 50%
of your merchandise total for shipping and handling charges.
Balance due will be billed or over payment will be refunded. Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Charge by phone when you place your order. Call 1-888-7-Love Grows (1-888-756-8347) to give credit card information. When your credit card is approved your order will be shipped. Cashier's Check or Money Order: Do not send currency. Personal checks will be cashed before merchandise is shipped. Remember, verifying shipping is important before any money is sent. What if my merchandise is damaged? We carefully check merchandise before shipping. We play fair. If there appears to be any breakage when you receive your shipment, inspect your order at once and have the delivery agent note it on the delivery receipt. Then file a claim with the carrier for any losses as soon as possible and call us. Since it is impossible to check every strand in a gross bag of 33" beads, expect a couple to be broken. We are very proud of the quality of our beads, but they are just plastic beads. Unfortunately, since our RAINBOW BEADS are attached by color in Hong Kong, we sometimes have a few, especially in the Rainbow Line that will be broken in the 33" lengths. Most are easily fixed by twisting. We have noticed that the Rainbow Hearts do tend to have a few (estimate 3) that are broken in a gross of 144 Pieces. Our staff warns all customers who order Rainbow Hearts that this is a possibility. |
